REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

PUBLIC CLASSES:  

• Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. The same applies to cancellations made within 4 days of class.

• If your instructor cancels your class due to inclement weather or other unforeseeable circumstances, you will have the option to transfer your credit to another class of equal value OR receive a full refund.

PARTIES AND EVENTS:

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the party will not receive a refund due to the purchasing and preparation of supplies. Your event can be rescheduled to another date for a $95 service fee.

• Child Birthday Packages cover 12 guests. There is no prorate if you have less than 12 guests.

• If you need pay for additional guests - refunds will not be given for those guests who no-show.

• If your instructor cancels your party due to inclement weather or other unforeseeable circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule with no additional costs OR receive a full refund.

HOME PAINT KITS: Sales are final. If you have failed to pickup your kit and use it within the 7 days recommended, then we can replenish your paint for a $9 fee.
